Zenith Training

1. Kapsam

Bu politika, Zenith Training mobil uygulamasının kullanıcı verilerine nasıl eriştiğini, bu verileri nasıl kullandığını, sakladığını ve sildiğini açıklar. Zenith Training kişisel ve sağlık verilerini satmaz veya reklam ağlarına vermez.

2. İşlenen Veriler

• Hesap bilgileri: e-posta adresi, görünen ad, kullanıcı kimliği ve giriş sağlayıcısı.
• Profil bilgileri: yaş, boy, kilo, hedef kilo, cinsiyet ve vücut ölçümleri.
• Antrenman bilgileri: programlar, hareketler, set, tekrar, yük, RPE ve antrenman geçmişi.
• Beslenme ve yaşam bilgileri: besin girişleri, makrolar, su tüketimi, uyku ve hedefler.
• Sağlık verileri: kullanıcının izin vermesi halinde adım, mesafe, aktif kalori, uyku ve antrenman verileri.
• AI içeriği: Akıllı Asistan özelliklerine yazılan mesajlar ve yanıt oluşturmak için kullanılan seçili profil, antrenman ve beslenme bağlamı.
• Uygulama tercihleri, koç hafızası, yedekleme ve geri yükleme verileri.

3. Verilerin Kullanım Amaçları

• Hesap oluşturmak, kullanıcı girişini doğrulamak ve hesap güvenliğini sağlamak.
• Antrenman, beslenme, sağlık özeti ve kişiselleştirilmiş öneriler sunmak.
• Kullanıcının seçtiği özellikler için bulut yedekleme, senkronizasyon ve geri yükleme sağlamak.
• Akıllı Asistan ve analiz özelliklerinde yanıt üretmek.
• Hataları gidermek, güvenliği korumak ve uygulamanın temel işlevlerini sürdürmek.

4. Yerel ve Bulut Depolama

Veriler öncelikle cihazdaki yerel veritabanında ve uygulama tercihlerinde saklanır. Hesap senkronizasyonu, yedekleme veya geri yükleme özellikleri kullanıldığında profil, ayar, antrenman, beslenme, uyku ve koç hafızası verileri Google Firebase altyapısında saklanabilir. Veriler internet üzerinden aktarılırken güvenli bağlantılar kullanılır.

5. Hizmet Sağlayıcıları

• Firebase Authentication ve Google Sign-In: hesap oluşturma ve giriş işlemleri.
• Firebase Firestore ve Storage: bulut senkronizasyonu, yedekleme ve geri yükleme.
• Google Gemini API: Akıllı Asistan, beslenme sohbeti ve analiz yanıtları.
• Android Health Connect: kullanıcının açık izniyle sağlık ve aktivite verilerine erişim.

Bu hizmetler verileri kendi şartları ve gizlilik politikaları kapsamında işleyebilir. AI özelliklerine paylaşmak istemediğiniz hassas veya gizli bilgileri yazmamanız önerilir.

6. Health Connect ve Cihaz İzinleri

Uygulama, yalnızca kullanıcı izin verdiğinde adım, uyku, mesafe, aktif kalori ve antrenman verilerini okuyabilir. Bu veriler ilerleme ve sağlık özetlerini göstermek için kullanılır. Kullanıcı izinleri Android veya Health Connect ayarlarından istediği zaman kaldırabilir.

7. Veri Saklama ve Güvenlik

Veriler, hesap ve ilgili özellikler aktif olduğu sürece veya hizmetin sunulması için gerekli olduğu kadar tutulur. Makul teknik ve idari güvenlik önlemleri uygulanır. Ancak hiçbir elektronik aktarım veya depolama yönteminin mutlak güvenliği garanti edilemez.

8. Hesap ve Veri Silme

Uygulama içindeki Ayarlar > Hesabı Sil seçeneği Firebase hesabını, uygulamanın Firebase üzerindeki bulut yedeklerini ve cihazdaki kullanıcı verilerini silmek için kullanılabilir. Güvenlik nedeniyle yakın zamanda tekrar giriş yapılması istenebilir.

9. Kullanıcı Hakları

• Verileri uygulamanın Veri ve Yedek ekranından dışa aktarma.
• Profil ve uygulama ayarlarını düzeltme.
• Health Connect ve Android izinlerini geri çekme.
• Hesabı ve ilişkili uygulama verilerini silme.
• Gizlilik uygulamaları hakkında bilgi talep etme.

10. Çocukların Gizliliği

Zenith Training çocuklara yönelik değildir ve 16 yaşın altındaki kişilerden bilerek kişisel veri toplamayı amaçlamaz. Böyle bir durum tespit edilirse verilerin silinmesi için bizimle iletişime geçilebilir.

1. Scope

This policy explains how the Zenith Training mobile application accesses, uses, stores, and deletes user data. Zenith Training does not sell personal or health data or provide it to advertising networks.

2. Data We Process

• Account data: email address, display name, user identifier, and sign-in provider.
• Profile data: age, height, weight, target weight, gender, and body measurements.
• Workout data: programs, exercises, sets, repetitions, load, RPE, and workout history.
• Nutrition and lifestyle data: food entries, macros, water intake, sleep, and goals.
• Health data: with permission, steps, distance, active calories, sleep, and workout data.
• AI content: messages sent to Smart Assistant features and selected profile, workout, and nutrition context used to generate responses.
• App preferences, coach memory, backup, and restoration data.

3. How We Use Data

• Create accounts, authenticate users, and maintain account security.
• Provide workout, nutrition, health summaries, and personalized recommendations.
• Provide cloud backup, synchronization, and restoration selected by the user.
• Generate Smart Assistant and analysis responses.
• Troubleshoot errors, protect security, and maintain core app functionality.

4. Local and Cloud Storage

Data is primarily stored in the local database and app preferences on the device. When account synchronization, backup, or restoration is used, profile, settings, workout, nutrition, sleep, and coach-memory data may be stored using Google Firebase infrastructure. Secure connections are used when data is transmitted over the internet.

5. Service Providers

• Firebase Authentication and Google Sign-In: account creation and authentication.
• Firebase Firestore and Storage: cloud synchronization, backup, and restoration.
• Google Gemini API: Smart Assistant, nutrition chat, and analysis responses.
• Android Health Connect: access to health and activity data with explicit user permission.

These providers may process data under their own terms and privacy policies. Do not enter sensitive or confidential information that you do not want to share into AI features.

6. Health Connect and Device Permissions

The app may read steps, sleep, distance, active calories, and workout data only after permission is granted. This data is used to display progress and health summaries. Permissions can be revoked at any time in Android or Health Connect settings.

7. Retention and Security

Data is retained while the account and related features remain active or for as long as necessary to provide the service. Reasonable technical and administrative security measures are used. No electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.

8. Account and Data Deletion

The Settings > Delete Account option can be used to delete the Firebase account, cloud backups maintained by the app, and local user data. A recent sign-in may be required for security.

9. Your Rights

• Export data using the Data and Backup screen.
• Correct profile and app settings.
• Withdraw Health Connect and Android permissions.
• Delete the account and associated app data.
• Request information about privacy practices.

10. Children’s Privacy

Zenith Training is not directed to children and does not knowingly seek to collect personal data from individuals under 16. Contact us if such data should be deleted.
